Return/Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer exchanges or returns on body jewelry for sanitary reasons. We will exchange silver jewelry within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in new, unworn condition. Please keep your receipt for 30 days in case of manufacturers defects.
All body piercing prices include Topical Anesthetic, Jewelry, Aftercare Solution, and detailed written and verbal Aftercare Instructions.
All ear piercing prices include the Piercing Studs, Aftercare Solution, and detailed written and verbal Aftercare Instructions.
Minors
On children 8 years old and younger, we will require that two of our associates pierce their ears at the same time. You may want to call ahead to ensure that there are two people working at the time you would like your child to get pierced.
Minors 17 and under must be accompanied by their parent (or legal guardian) with a valid State or Government issued I.D.*
Please call ahead for an appointment as body piercing hours tend to vary from regular store hours.
